We have been raising hereford cows on our farm for almost 30 years. We have always believed in raising our animals in a natural, non stress environment. Our cows are rotated periodically in our pastures and if that isn't good enough for them, they have been known to find better feeding in the neighbors fields.
Our cows are pasture/grassfed only. No hormones, no corn, no antibiotics.
The beef was processed at the USDA inspected Windham Butcher Shop in Maine and was dry aged 2 weeks, vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
